How to chant this mantra?
- While chanting this mantra, sit facing east.
- Repeat the mantra 108 times
- While chanting, imagine the image of Sri Krishna playing the flute in your mind.
- The next day, wake up early just before dawn and focus on the rising sun.
- Pour the water out of your palms and offer it to the rising sun.
- Avoid sleeping throughout the day.
- The person repeating the mantra should cultivate and care for plants such as tulsi and mint.
- Planting Parijata and Neem trees in your own yard or on abandoned property and caring for them is also recommended.
